We are recruiting for a Senior Innovation Manager to join us at the CWA (Civil Works Alliance) — a core delivery partner for Sizewell C, one of the UK’s most ambitious low-carbon infrastructure programmes.

Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt nuclear power station, supplying clean electricity to around 6 million homes for at least 60 years. As part of the CWA, this is your chance to be part of something genuinely transformative — not just in terms of energy, but in how we deliver complex projects.

In this senior role, you’ll sit within our Business Improvement & Innovation Centre of Excellence, where you’ll lead the development and delivery of high-impact innovation initiatives. From introducing cutting-edge technologies to scaling digital solutions and embedding a culture of experimentation, you’ll help shape how we work — today and for the future.
