Senior Infrastructure Engineer Location Croydon - Crawley Salary £50,000 – £60,000 Contract Permanent Khuda Technology is working with a leading Managed Service Provider to find an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to support a major enterprise client. The role sits within the infrastructure and cloud operations team and is responsible for the stability, security, and optimisation of on-prem and cloud infrastructure. You will play a key role in day-to-day operations, automation, infrastructure improvements, and ensuring technology aligns with business and security objectives. Responsibilities * Manage and optimise on-prem and cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, and ADFS * Administer and support Microsoft Exchange (2010–2019) and Office 365 environments * Manage email gateways and security solutions such as Proofpoint, IronPort, and EOP * Monitor and troubleshoot mail flow, message tracking, SPF, DKIM, DAGs, and patching * Support collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook * Automate infrastructure tasks and operational processes using PowerShell * Assist with disaster recovery planning, documentation, and failover testing * Provide 3rd line support and participate in an on-call rota as required Skills * Strong hands-on experience as an Infrastructure or Senior Infrastructure Engineer * Proven experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments * Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, and ADFS * Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting * Experience with endpoint and systems management tools such as Intune, SCCM/MECM, and WSUS * Knowledge of VPN, DirectAccess, and secure remote access technologies * Hands-on experience supporting Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive If this opportunity sounds of interest and you’d like to join a fast-growing international MSP, please don’t hesitate to apply
