Job Description We’re delighted to be supporting a leading organisation in the chilled food/manufacturing sector, who are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior HR Advisor on a part-time basis.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this role offers genuine responsibility, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to shape HR practice within a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor seeking part-time work with real responsibility, senior engagement, and the ability to influence change across a key operational function.

Hours:

Monday – 1pm to 5pm
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – 7pm to 11pm
Weekend – 4 hours (flexible)

The role:

Key responsibilities include:

Leading complex case management (disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability)
Providing expert advice on absence management, OH referrals and RTW processes
Supporting and coordinating recruitment activity on shift
Contributing to HR improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
Attending and supporting disciplinary hearings
Managing key HR processes including probation, exit interviews and policy updates
Representing HR in Tier 2 and strategic meetings
