Hybrid working is available for 1-2 days per week after your 3-month probation period

In order to be considered, you will need:

* To have at least 3 years’ previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment or working with local authorities

* To have the full range of generalist HR related duties, with a strong bias towards employee relations in a fast-paced environment.

* Have a CIPD qualification

* Full UK Driving License
