We are really happy to be able to offer a permanent opportunity to work with us in HR Operations as a Senior HR Business Partner.
This is an exciting period for the council, we are in a period of transformation and this role is a key position to support the organisation through the changes.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Lead and Innovate:Partnering with Department(s) to focus on all aspects of People activity, from aligning plans to the People Strategy, to supporting performance on key people metrics
- Collaborate and Influence: Provide HR leadership, support and challenge across the respective Department(s) to deliver people solutions to address strategic and operational challenges
- Drive Change: enable and support transformational change across respective Department(s)

As part of HR Operations, this role will have line management responsibility for 2-3 HR Business Partners and work alongside the Strategic Workforce Planning manager.
