Senior member of the leadership team, operating at divisional level
Strategic ownership of the people agenda across a growing, international operation
Leading and developing the HR function
Driving engagement, performance, compliance and culture
Supporting digital transformation, international expansion and acquisition activity
Balancing professionalism with humanity

A seasoned HR leader with strong commercial acumen
Comfortable operating at senior level and influencing at pace

Package
Highly competitive base salary
