Senior HR Business Partner – EMEA | Global Tech


£90–100K per annum | Interim Oct 2025 – Dec 2026 | Hybrid, Reading or London (3 days onsite)


One of the world’s most recognised digital brands – whose innovations have redefined how we create, connect, and communicate – is seeking an interim Senior HR Business Partner to shape and deliver the people strategy for its EMEA commercial teams.


In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with senior leaders across Strategic Sales, Customer Success, Digital Strategy, and Engineering to drive organisational effectiveness, embed a high-performance culture, and deliver real business results. You’ll bring expertise in organisational design, talent management, performance optimisation, DEI, and change leadership, working within a global matrix and alongside world-class colleagues.


Your Profile

  • We’re looking for a commercially minded HR leader with EMEA HRBP experience in a global tech, media, or enterprise setting.
  • You’ll have a proven record in influencing senior stakeholders, leading organisational change, and turning people strategy into tangible outcomes.


The offer:

  • £90–100K p.a. (interim contract Oct 2025 – Dec 2026)
  • Hybrid – 3 days onsite in Reading or the London office
  • 33 days annual leave including bank holidays, 35-hour working week, pension, and access to excellent onsite facilities.
