A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Advisor to join a values driven organisation located in the Burnley area, working as part of a broader people team. This is a true generalist role where you will support with the following:
Being the first point of contact for all day-to-day people queries from Managers and employees
Supporting the Head of HR with the delivery of the people strategy
Building relationships with key stakeholders in the business
Line Managing the HR Assistant
Processing maternity, paternity and flexible working requests
Coaching Managers through employee relations cases
Leading on absence and performance management
Supporting with a variety of engagement initiatives
Championing equality, diversity and inclusion
Reporting on HR metrics
Advising Managers on recruitment, selection and talent planning
