Senior HR Advisor (Part-Time) A global HR team within an international law firm is recruiting a part‑time Senior HR Advisor on an initial 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will support the management and resolution of day‑to‑day HR matters within the London secretarial team, covering the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and performance management to development and offboarding.
Salary to £60,000 12-month fixed‑term contract Part‑time – 4 days per week Hybrid working – 2 in‑office days per week Fantastic employee benefits & wellness packages Prime City location – Liverpool Street
Senior HR Advisor Key Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day HR issues for the community of the London Secretarial Team Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations cases Work with the Secretarial Services Manager and the HR team to undertake annual salary reviews Deliver high quality people advice on performance, conduct, absence, and organisational change Undertake return‑to‑work interviews after periods of sickness absenceUndertake all secretarial recruitment in partnership with the Secretarial Manager Implement and maintain a Professional Skills Frameworks, talent mapping, promotions pathways etc. for the secretarial team in London
Senior HR Advisor Skills & Requirements
Several years' generalist HR experience at a similar level with exposure to administrative support teams, PAs and EAs Law firm experience highly advantageous Demonstrable experience identifying and leading HR and ER issues A positive, friendly, empathetic, and collaborative approach is essential
