With significant investment in new technology, upgraded operations, and a long-term plan to increase output by 50% over the next five years, the organisation is now seeking an experienced Senior HSE Manager to lead its next chapter of development.
Job Description
Define and deliver the organisation's HSE strategy and long-term vision
Advise senior leadership on all aspects of safety and environmental legislation
Develop subject matter expertise in evolving regulatory requirements
Act as a visible role model for HSE excellence
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of specialists
Drive performance through SMART objectives and structured development plans
Implement new processes to enhance efficiency and operational standards
Collaborate cross-functionally to support wider business goals
The Successful Applicant
Inspirational leadership style with the ability to influence at all levels
Strong passion for health, safety, environment, and quality
Proactive, autonomous, and adaptable approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
NEBOSH Certificate (Diploma desirable)
Additional professional qualifications/memberships (e.g., DGSA, FPA, ISEP, IQA, IRCA Lead Auditor)
