Responsibilities Deliver a wide range of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, styling, and specialised treatments. Manage daily store operations, ensuring the salon maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and customer care. Provide expert advice on haircare products and upselling additional services to maximise client satisfaction and revenue. Handle front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining accurate records. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews. Stay updated with industry trends and continuously develop skills through training sessions and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a comprehensive portfolio of work demonstrating versatility across various styles. Previous experience in store management or supervisory roles is highly desirable.. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. Ability to mentor junior staff effectively whilst maintaining high standards of professionalism. Proficiency in upselling products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Organised with outstanding attention to detail in both technical work and administrative duties. A recognised qualification in hairdressing or barbering from an accredited institution.
