Senior Growth Analyst | £5575k + bonus + benefits
I'm looking for a Senior Growth Analyst to join a high-performing data team and play a key role in optimising customer acquisition across paid channels (Google PPC, Meta).
Youll partner closely with growth managers to analyse campaign performance, improve CAC and CAC:LTV, and deliver insights that directly shape growth strategy. The role involves deep-dive analysis, experimentation (A/B, geo tests), and building clear dashboards in Looker to support data-driven decision-making at senior level.
Key skills & experience:
Strong background in growth / acquisition analytics (subscription or SaaS ideal)
Expert SQL skills
Experience with CAC, LTV, funnels & attribution
BI experience (Looker or similar)
Comfortable presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
Python/R, Snowflake, DBT, Snowplow.
