Growth & Company are partnering with a fast-scaling, London-based AI startup experiencing exceptional growth in both consumer and B2B market and now seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the charge on all brand and performance marketing creative.


This is a rare opportunity to shape the creative identity and help grow a breakthrough technology company in one of the most exciting industries today. You'll work across the entire marketing funnel—developing bold and effective creative for digital performance, product experiences, onboarding, and brand communication.

What You'll Do

Strategic Creative Vision: Shape and uphold a cohesive visual framework, bringing

consistency and exceptional design quality to all marketing and brand assets.

End-to-End Design Ownership: Create high quality visual assets across the entire funnel,

including performance marketing ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), emails, web and customer marketing materials.

Rapid & Agile Execution: Comfortably manage multiple projects, delivering high

quality work at pace in an intense, agile environment without sacrificing quality.

Motion Design: Apply basic motion graphics skills to enhance digital assets and social

content, creating engaging, dynamic visuals.

AI Adoption: Integrate AI tools into your workflow to enhance creativity, efficiency, and quality.

Brand Guardianship: Maintain and elevate brand consistency across all touchpoints, acting

as the primary guardian of the brand's visual identity.


What you bring:

  • 5+ years experience as a graphic + brand + digital designer in an agency or startup, ideally within Tech, DTC, B2B, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional strategic and hands-on design skills, demonstrated in a strong portfolio emphasising performance-driven digital assets (Meta, LinkedIn, Google ads).
  • Ability to execute basic motion graphics, elevating visual storytelling.
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional visual and brand sensibilities, and a rigorous approach to design execution.
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • ​Highly proactive communicator, comfortable working autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally.

Logistics:

  • Reporting to: Brand Director
  • Location: Central London (Mon–Thurs), Remote (Fridays)
  • Compensation: £60,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience)
