About the Role:

As a senior full stack software engineer at Tallarium, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success. Collaborating with the engineering and product teams, you will initiate, plan and build new and exciting greenfield projects. Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional individual contributions to solve complex problems, taking full ownership of the delivery of large-scale projects, contributing to architectural decisions, proactively driving a strong engineering culture within the team and mentoring junior team members.

• Full ownership over the delivery of greenfield projects
• Proving your own skills with your team-leading individual contribution, working on complex problems
• Driving proactive problem-solving across the engineering team and their projects
• Demonstrating a strong commitment to quality, reliability, and scalability in all aspects of software development, from architecture design to implementation and deployment.
• Helping to drive brilliant delivery across the engineering team, mentoring junior team members, and building a strong engineering culture

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong, proactive communication skills, with a deep preference for teamwork
• Experience in independent project management of complex problem solving
• Tech-agnostic engineer, with competence in a major programming language - experience in functional programming languages is preferred. Some of the technologies we use include Elixir, Phoenix LiveView, EmberJS, TypeScript, Python, Postgres SQL, AWS and Docker.
