Join BBC Finance's FP&A team to help shape financial insight that drives strategic decisions across the organization. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning and analysis, supporting divisional performance, and enhancing management information for the PSB Group. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT Partner with divisional budget holders to support performance and drive insightful decision-making. Communicate complex financial matters clearly to non-finance stakeholders. Prepare and aggregate PSB Group and divisional budgets, forecasts, and management reports. Deliver robust end-to-end budgeting and forecasting aligned with corporate requirements. Lead production of central finance reporting and ensure deadlines are met. Support strategic continuous improvement initiatives and elevate management information. Manage FP&A Analysts and contribute to team development. Collaborate with Finance Operations to ensure accuracy of reported results. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). - Fully Qualified Significant experience delivering high-quality FP&A services. Advanced IT proficiency and willingness to adopt new technologies, including AI. Flexible and adaptive to changing business needs. Experience managing or developing a team. Experience in continuous improvement initiatives. Able to work collaboratively with the wider FP&A and Finance Partnering teams to identify process improvements, drive standardisation and automation opportunities. Demonstrate robust FP&A technical knowledge with excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse large and complex datasets Have highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and their decision making. ]]>
