Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

How you'll make an impact
As
Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager , you will lead planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for the UK business. You will connect financial performance with strategic objectives, provide insight that supports commercial decisions, and ensure robust financial controls are in place.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles Consolidating and presenting financial information to senior management and group stakeholders Developing and refining performance reporting, KPIs, and management packs Providing commercial insight through income analysis, cost management, and profitability modelling Supporting pricing decisions and evaluating new initiatives through business case modelling Partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple business areas to challenge and support performance Contributing to strategic planning, stress testing, and long-term financial sustainability Embedding strong governance, controls, and regulatory compliance across finance processes Driving continuous improvement in systems, reporting, and ways of working Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing FP and A team

You are a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys turning complex data into clear insight. You're confident operating at senior level, comfortable challenging constructively, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will also bring:
A professional accounting qualification ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Strong post-qualification experience in financial planning, analysis, and performance management Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability Experience working in regulated or complex environments Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead teams effectively A collaborative leadership style with a strong sense of purpose and integrity
