Senior Finance Manager – TV: Scripted & Distribution

London (3 days in office) | Up to £85k


We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Finance Manager to help shape the future of a fast-changing TV business — with multiple productions already live and more launching next year.


If you love the detail of production finance but also enjoy seeing the bigger commercial picture, this could be your next move.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading financial oversight of a growing scripted portfolio
  • Managing secondary/IP sales finance across both scripted and unscripted labels
  • Supporting high-quality monthly consolidations and delivering insightful reporting
  • Partnering with FP&A to monitor production & distribution performance, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Contributing to forecasting and long-term strategic planning
  • Managing one remote direct report, with support from embedded production finance teams


What we’re looking for:

  • Production and/or management accounts experience within a media environment
  • Solid understanding of TV finance plans and tax incentives (a big plus)
  • Knowledge of distribution deal models and royalty waterfalls
  • Strong controls mindset with a passion for improving processes
  • ACA/CA qualified (practice background advantageous) or ACCA/CIMA
  • PMI accounting software experience beneficial



This role would suit someone who thrives in a growing, evolving business — someone comfortable balancing creative production environments with commercial rigour.


Hybrid working (3 days in London office) with occasional UK travel.
