Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles across multiple divisions
Produce monthly performance packs, KPI dashboards, and detailed variance analysis
Deliver clear, actionable commentary to senior leadership and operational teams
Commercial Business Partnering
Partner closely with retail, leisure, and operational leaders to understand key performance drivers
Analyse sales trends, footfall, pricing strategies, and margin performance
Support investment appraisals, business cases, and scenario modelling
Strategic & Operational Insight
Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for performance improvement
Enhance reporting processes, tools, and financial models
Contribute to long-term planning and strategic initiatives
What You'll Bring
Proven FP&A experience, ideally within retail, leisure, hospitality, or multi-site environments
Strong analytical capability, with the ability to distil complex data into clear insights
Confidence to influence, challenge, and partner with senior stakeholders
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
A proactive, commercially curious mindset with a drive to add value
