Senior Finance Business Partner | Banking | City |£100,000 | 50% office based Are you a qualified accountant with a knack for navigating complex financial projects and a passion for making a real impact? We’re looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead the financial aspects of a £330 million customer remediation and redress initiative. This is a high-profile role with significant exposure to the Bank CFO and other senior stakeholders. You’ll be working closely with teams across Finance, FP&A, Customer Resolutions, and external partners, including auditors, regulators, and legal advisors. What you’ll be doing:

Lead financial modelling for provisions Own audit relationships and ensure all accounting and assurance requirements are met. Manage remediation reconciliations, budgets and forecasts, clearly communicating variances and risks. Tracking project costs and ensure they are managed appropriately. Deliver reporting to internal committees, regulators, and investor relations. Be the finance SME in regulatory engagements, providing timely and accurate responses. Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and development-focused culture.

What you’ll bring:

Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA). Experience working in a retail bank in a commercial finance role Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external partners. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Experience in financial services or automotive sectors (desirable). Remediation experience (desirable).
