This is a key role responsible for coordinating field service activity, ensuring customers receive a smooth, efficient, and high-quality service experience.Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for customers, engineers, and suppliers Manage and prioritise field service jobs, including breakdowns and VORs Lead, support, and mentor a team of service controllers Handle escalations and resolve service issues efficiently Monitor KPIs, workload, and work-in-progress Ensure all administration, documentation, and systems are kept up to date Requirements Previous experience in a senior service control, scheduling, or coordination role Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organisation and problem-solving ability Confident decision-maker who can perform under pressure Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to lead, support, and prioritise within a busy environment JBRP1_UKTJ
