Senior Private Executive Assistant / House Manager (VIP Client) - £90K, Central London

We are recruiting for an exceptional Senior-Level Private Executive Assistant / House Manager to support a high-profile VIP with a dynamic lifestyle, global presence, and exceptionally high standards.

\n\n

This is a rare opportunity to step into a top-tier Private PA role, acting as the right hand to a top level VIP. You’ll be entrusted with overseeing and executing all aspects of their personal life, including a fast-paced, ever-changing diary that spans multiple time zones. All Private PAs applying must be happy working 5 days in, mainly based at the private residence. There is no remote/hybrid working available in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full management of an extremely busy, international diary
  • \n\t
  • Coordinating complex global travel and itineraries
  • \n\t
  • Oversight of multiple high-value private residences in the UK and Europe
  • \n\t
  • Managing and liaising with domestic staff and external service providers
  • \n\t
  • Organising events, dinners, and private functions
  • \n\t
  • Liaising with high-level contacts including lawyers, accountants, and financial advisors
  • \n\t
  • Handling personal banking, expenses, and confidential documentation
  • \n\t
  • Being on-call and responsive 24/7 when required
  • \n\t
  • Accompanying the principal on international travel when necessary
  • \n

Ideal Candidate:

    \n\t
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Private PA or EA at senior level
  • \n\t
  • Prior experience supporting a celebrity, UHNW individual, or high-profile VIP is essential
  • \n\t
  • Impeccable discretion, loyalty, and a highly professional demeanour
  • \n\t
  • Proven experience managing luxury homes and domestic teams
  • \n\t
  • Strong understanding of private and corporate protocol
  • \n\t
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • \n\t
  • Fully flexible and available to travel and work irregular hours.
