Position Overview
The Senior Executive PA will provide high‑level business support and comprehensive lifestyle management to the CEO. The role demands exceptional judgement, proactivity, attention to detail and the ability to navigate a rapidly changing environment with confidence and composure.
You will partner closely with the Chief of Staff and collaborate seamlessly with all members of the Office of the CEO to ensure the CEO’s time, travel, priorities and personal logistics are optimally managed. This role is ideal for a seasoned EA/PA who has supported founders or C‑suite leaders for at least five years, preferably within financial services, and who excels equally in corporate precision and personal lifestyle coordination.
Responsibilities
Executive & Business Support
Provide full executive‑level calendar and diary management, ensuring the CEO’s time is aligned to business priorities and commitments.
Take decisive action when managing schedule conflicts, sequencing of meetings and prioritisation of executive engagements.
Coordinate complex, multi‑leg business travel, often booked quarters ahead, ensuring optimal routing, quality, efficiency and cost management.
Prepare daily and weekly schedules, meeting briefs and travel packs, ensuring accuracy and foresight.
Monitor, anticipate and respond to changes in the CEO’s diary or travel—problem‑solving proactively.
Assist COO with producing PowerPoint slides and decks where required.
Work closely with the Chief of Staff to support strategic initiatives, workflows and operational efficiency across the Office of the CEO.
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting with professionalism, discretion and executive presence at all times.
Lifestyle & Personal Support
Plan, research and coordinate high‑quality personal travel, across various regions and continents.
End‑to‑end planning and coordination of events with limited supervision.
Manage personal errands, day‑to‑day tasks and ad hoc personal requirements with efficiency and discretion.
Maintain personal schedules, oversee personal reservations and ensure seamless integration between the CEO’s business and personal commitments.
Apply strong financial sensibility—cost‑conscious without compromising on quality—across all personal and travel arrangements.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting a founder, CEO or C‑suite leader, preferably in financial services.
Proven track record of providing both executive business support and lifestyle/personal assistance at a high level.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex global travel (business and personal) with a cost‑aware, quality‑focused approach.
Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth organisation where priorities shift and agility is required.
