An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a long-established, family-run organisation operating at the forefront of residential property. With a warm, people-first culture and offices across the UK and internationally, this business supports some of the most well-known developers and contractors in the country.

This varied role will suit an experienced and highly organised individual with a background in events and top-level support. You’ll be working closely with a senior leader and supporting both corporate and private affairs. The office is based near Abbey Wood (Elizabeth Line) – ideal for candidates based in Kent, Bromley, or East London.

\n\n

The Role – Split 80/10/10 Events (80%)

\n\n

Coordinate high-end corporate events (5–6 annually), such as sporting days and hospitality functions

\n\n

Manage season ticket allocations for Premier League clubs

\n\n

Liaise with vendors and venues, ensure communications run smoothly

\n\n

Maintain client databases and event budgets

\n\n

Ensure seamless behind-the-scenes execution - this is not a front-of-house/events hosting role

\n\n

Executive/Private Assistant Support (20%)

\n\n

Light inbox and diary management for a senior team member

\n\n

Assist with ad hoc private matters such as home maintenance coordination

\n\n

Arrange travel, appointments, and reservations

\n\n

Provide discreet and professional support, acting as a trusted point of contact

\n\n

About You

\n\n

A strong background in events and senior support

\n\n

Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

\n\n

Personable and professional with a high EQ

\n\n

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

\n\n

Discreet, reliable, and experienced handling confidential matters

\n\n

Construction/property experience a plus, but not essential

\n\n
