An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a long-established, family-run organisation operating at the forefront of residential property. With a warm, people-first culture and offices across the UK and internationally, this business supports some of the most well-known developers and contractors in the country.
\n\nThis varied role will suit an experienced and highly organised individual with a background in events and top-level support. You’ll be working closely with a senior leader and supporting both corporate and private affairs. The office is based near Abbey Wood (Elizabeth Line) – ideal for candidates based in Kent, Bromley, or East London.
\n\nThe Role – Split 80/10/10 Events (80%)
\n\nCoordinate high-end corporate events (5–6 annually), such as sporting days and hospitality functions
\n\nManage season ticket allocations for Premier League clubs
\n\nLiaise with vendors and venues, ensure communications run smoothly
\n\nMaintain client databases and event budgets
\n\nEnsure seamless behind-the-scenes execution - this is not a front-of-house/events hosting role
\n\nExecutive/Private Assistant Support (20%)
\n\nLight inbox and diary management for a senior team member
\n\nAssist with ad hoc private matters such as home maintenance coordination
\n\nArrange travel, appointments, and reservations
\n\nProvide discreet and professional support, acting as a trusted point of contact
\n\nAbout You
\n\nA strong background in events and senior support
\n\nHighly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
\n\nPersonable and professional with a high EQ
\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
\n\nDiscreet, reliable, and experienced handling confidential matters
\n\nConstruction/property experience a plus, but not essential
