We're working with a highly regarded specialist contractor delivering complex demolition, piling, civil engineering and reinforced concrete packages on major Central London projects. The business has a strong secured pipeline and is expanding its pre-construction team with an Estimator or Senior Estimator.

The Role

Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.
You'll be involved across the full tender lifecycle - reviewing enquiries, pricing complex packages, liaising with supply chain partners and developing competitive, accurate cost plans on technically challenging schemes.

What They're Looking For

• Estimating experience within civil engineering, demolition, RC or specialist contracting

• Strong understanding of tender processes and construction methodology

• Comfortable working on high-value, complex London projects

• Good commercial awareness and stakeholder communication skills
