With a growing pipeline of work, they are seeking a fit-out focused Senior Estimator to play a key role within their pre-construction team. Youll work closely with design, commercial, and operational teams to ensure a seamless pre-construction process. Typical projects include: High-end residential fit-outs Luxury hotel interiors Cruise ship and marine fit-out packages Key Responsibilities Preparing detailed cost estimates for fit-out packages and full interior schemes Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation with a fit-out lens Producing accurate take-offs for joinery, finishes, and FF&E elements Building and managing supply chain pricing (subcontractors and suppliers) Identifying value engineering opportunities specific to interior construction Managing multiple tenders independently in a remote environment Supporting bid strategy and contributing to successful tender outcomes What Theyre Looking For Proven experience as a Senior Estimator or Estimator within interior fit-out Strong understanding of joinery, finishes, and high-end interior packages Experience pricing projects in sectors such as residential, hospitality, or marine Experience pricing for Tier 1 main contractors and clients within the London market is highly desirable Strong understanding of London fit-out market rates, procurement routes, and client expectations Ability to interpret design information and translate into accurate cost plans Highly organised, commercially aware, and detail-focused Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote role Salary & Benefits £70,000 £85,000 (depending on experience) Fully remote working 30 days holiday (including bank holidays) Pension 5% employer contribution Life assurance Health & wellbeing scheme Annual salary reviews Working Hours Monday Thursday: 08:30 17:30 Friday: 08:30 14:00 (early finish) Interview Process First stage: Microsoft Teams interview Second stage: Face-to-face interview Short induction at head office before fully remote start The company is known for a fast, efficient interview process , with feedback and decisions typically made within the same week. xehkeey If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please apply and well be in touch.
