About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a well-established North West construction business. The role involves preparing accurate and competitive estimates for industrial, commercial, residential, and refurbishment projects , with values up to £20 million. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously. Causeway software experience is essential .

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for industrial, commercial, residential, and refurbishment projects .

Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure a complete understanding of project requirements.

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to obtain and verify pricing.
