About the Company

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to join their commercial team based in Woodford.

About the Role

This is a full-time, office-based position. You will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive cost estimates across a range of construction projects. Working closely with internal commercial and operational teams, you will play a key role in supporting tenders and helping secure future work for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
• Analysis of drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations
• Supporting the commercial team throughout the tender process
• Ensuring deadlines and accuracy standards are consistently met

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Estimator

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction methods and commercial processes
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
• Confident communicator with a professional approach
