Experienced in estimating, design & build and residential housing Good knowledge of Local Authority/Housing Association procurement methods Must have a good understanding of the partnering process, design/build and traditional contracting process Proficient in public presentation and submission methods A highly motivated individual A long term team player Clean smart individual

The Role

To assist in the co-ordination of submission & proposals development To carry out analytical pricing of in-house produced Bills of Quantities using Conquest Estimating System To work closely with Design & Build Manager in the development of bids where required To assist, as directed with an new initiative or role requested by the Department Head, Marketing Director or Board of Director To research and investigate new Government or industry initiatives
