This is a great opportunity to take a lead role in delivering accurate, competitive tenders on bespoke UK-wide projects. Key Responsibilities: Produce detailed cost estimates from drawings and specs Prepare and manage tenders, budgets, and bid submissions Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams Conduct site visits and evaluate risks (not out of the office on the road regularly, so you wont be all over the country every day of the week!) Monitor project costs and ensure profitability

What You’ll Need: Proven estimating experience in a construction setting Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Good understanding of project drawings and site conditions Excellent communication and organisation skills Based within 45 mins of Junction 10 (Gloucestershire)
