Senior Estate Surveyor - MRICS - Southwest - £350-450 - 3-6 Months Panoramic Associates are pleased to be supporting a local authority in the South West with an interim Senior Estate Surveyor requirement. While it's not quite as far down as Cornwall (so no long beach commutes!), it's a great opportunity to get stuck into a varied and commercially focused estates role working for a high-performing authority. In this position, you will take responsibility for a mix of varied & exciting commercial and operational property assets, ensuring they are effectively managed and deliver optimal value. You will be involved in a wide range of professional activities, from negotiating lease terms through to supporting acquisitions and disposals.

What we're looking for

Degree in Estate Management and membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Proven experience in commercial property within a local authority setting.
