Role: Full-Stack Growth Engineer

The role:

Join as a Growth Engineer in a marketplace that’s scaling fast, where you’ll build how the business talks to its users. You’ll also become part of the mission to directly change the negative impact of non-sustainability and aid climate control.

What you will be doing:

• As a Growth Engineer, you’ll decide the logic of who gets messaged, when, where, and what they see. This isn’t CRM in the usual sense, you’re building the system behind it using data + AI.

• Getting deep into the data (SQL) to understand behaviour and test what’s actually driving revenue

• Using AI day-to-day as a Growth Engineer to personalise and improve how users experience the product and to see what works and impacts them.

What we are looking for:

• Experience as a Growth Engineer or in growth / lifecycle / CRM roles (4–7+ years)

• Strong with data (SQL) and comfortable moving with agility in a post Series B funded startup

• Someone who’s used AI frequently and thinks in systems, not just sending campaigns
