We are seeking a technically proficient Senior Energy Surveyor (HVAC/BMS) to conduct comprehensive building assessments focused on identifying energy-saving opportunities, with specialised expertise in HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and control technologies. Our core focus is the hospitality sector, particularly hotels, so prior experience working with hotel facilities and systems is highly desirable. This role requires developing technical specifications for contractor procurement and evaluating energy management, directly contributing to the reduction of operational costs through technical rigour and data-driven solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Site surveys & energy audits: conduct detailed inspections of building infrastructure to evaluate energy-saving potential, focussing especially on HVAC & refrigeration equipment, BMS platforms, and the control system(s). Create technical specification documentation for contractor procurement to implement monitoring systems and automated control solutions.
