The Role As a Senior Employment Solicitor, you will: Manage a varied caseload ofemployment law matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and redundancy

Represent clients inEmployment Tribunal and court proceedings

Advise on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues

Provide support and guidance to junior solicitors and legal staff

Contribute tobusiness development, thought leadership and marketing initiatives

About You QualifiedEmployment Solicitor with6+ years PQE

Strong technical knowledge ofemployment and industrial relations law

Confident managing cases independently from instruction to resolution

Excellent communication, advocacy and client care skills

Experience acting for claimants, unions or individuals (desirable)
