An internationally recognised law firm is seeking a Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join their highly regarded Employment team in London.

About the Role:

You’ll work on complex and often cross-border matters including:

• High-stakes contentious and non-contentious advisory work
• TUPE, reorganisations, and employment aspects of M&A and outsourcing
• Whistleblowing, discrimination, and senior-level exits
• Advisory and litigation strategy across international jurisdictions

The team is known for being commercially savvy, collaborative, and deeply embedded in clients’ businesses. You'll be expected to take ownership of client relationships, mentor juniors, and play an active role in business development.

What We’re Looking For:

• UK-qualified lawyer with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law
• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
• Experience working with international clients, especially in technology or regulated sectors
• A team-oriented, proactive approach and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
