A modern, forward-thinking and progressive M&E Contractor with a turnover of around £50m requires a Senior Electrical Project Manager to join its team to help complete a Cat A & Cat B commercial fit-out project in Central London.

Roles & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Lead project delivery of electrical packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Manage and mentor site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, providing leadership and resolving technical or site-related issues. Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders, attending progress meetings and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Oversee procurement of materials, plant, and subcontract services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. Monitor and manage budgets, variations, and project finances in collaboration with the commercial team. Review and approve technical submittals, design drawings, risk assessments, and method statements. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety on site. Co-ordinate with mechanical and other disciplines to ensure smooth MEP integration across the project.
