Electrical Estimator
with scope for the role to be shaped around someone operating at
senior level . The Role Preparing tenders and cost plans for electrical packages on projects up to c.£12.5m (typical values £5m-£6m). Working across a steady pipeline of projects in education, healthcare, life sciences, leisure, and student accommodation. Liaising with the supply chain to secure competitive and realistic pricing. Providing technical and commercial input during pre-construction. Working closely with internal project and installation teams to ensure accurate proposals. Candidate Profile Proven experience as an
Electrical Estimator
within building services. Background in one or more of the listed sectors is highly beneficial. Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail. Comfortable working
5 days per week in the Cambridge office
(with flexibility to use Colchester when required). Applicants operating at either intermediate or senior level will be considered. What's on Offer £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience. Car allowance or company car. 9% pension + death in service. 25 days holiday (increasing with service) Modern, high-quality offices including a newly refurbished Colchester base.
