Job Description:

Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates based on project specs and drawings.

Analysing labour, materials, and overheads to build comprehensive budgets.

Collaborating with engineers and project managers to gather key data.

Reviewing subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure value and quality.

Supporting cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Staying up to date with industry trends, materials, and techniques.

Presenting estimates and insights to internal stakeholders.Beneficial Skills / Experience

Proven experience in electrical estimating or project management within construction or manufacturing.

Strong grasp of cost control principles and budgeting.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with estimating software and digital tools.

Clear and confident communication skills.

A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

A degree in construction management, engineering, or similar is a plus-but relevant experience is just as valuable.Additional Details:
