The Role Lead and prepare detailed electrical estimates from first principles Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation Manage and develop supply chain pricing and subcontractor enquiries Provide commercial input during pre-construction and tender stages Support value engineering and risk/opportunity analysis Work closely with senior management on bid strategy and workload planning Requirements Proven experience as a Senior or Intermediate Electrical Estimator within building services Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems Experience pricing projects within education, commercial or healthcare sectors Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness What's on Offer Salary up to
£80,000
