You'll be joining a company with a strong reputation for technical excellence and a commitment to delivering sustainable, science-based environmental solutions. \n\nThe company offers a comprehensive benefits package including;\n\nA bonus scheme, \nPaid professional membership fees, \nA private healthcare system for you and immediate family,\nPaid volunteering days.\nCycle to work scheme \n\nKey Responsibilities;\n\nTo lead and manage ecological assessments, habitat surveys, and impact studies for various projects.\nTo conduct and oversee field surveys, including protected species surveys, habitat assessments, and ecological monitoring.\nWrepare detailed ecological reports, impact assessments, and mitigation strategies.\nClient Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on ecological issues.\nAssisting with supporting junior ecologists with the option to mentor\nEnsure projects comply with relevant legislation, planning policies, and environmental standards.\n\nWhat We're Looking For;\n\nExperience within an ecological consultancy or a related field.\nA degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or related discipline.

A master's degree or PhD is advantageous.\nProficiency in ecological survey techniques, data analysis, and report writing.
