Senior Digital Workplace Consultant (London Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Workplace Consultant to join our Workplace Services function. This role focuses on advancing modern communication, collaboration, and desktop technologies while ensuring secure and efficient digital working experiences across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 workplace technologies including Windows 11, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and EM+S.
Define clear expectations, SLAs, and performance metrics for MSPs to ensure high-quality operational outcomes.
Partner with MSPs and internal teams to drive continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and service innovation.
Support troubleshooting activities, performance reviews, and strategic discussions with stakeholders at all levels.
Help develop and maintain workplace service standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to the future evolution of the digital workplace.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, major incident escalations, and operational projects.
Skills & Experience:
Significant experience managing IT operations or service delivery through MSPs, with a focus on performance and outcomes.
Strong understanding of Digital Workplace technologies including Microsoft 365 and Windows 11.
Proven experience using SLAs, KPIs, and service metrics to manage vendor performance.
Strong project management skills (Waterfall and Agile).
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including experience working with global or offshore teams.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Background in Infrastructure Engineering, Operations, or Workplace Services (ideally within a regulated or financial environment).
Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience; relevant certifications preferred.
