Job Description

I’m working with a leading, privately owned property company with a £400m+ multi-sector portfolio spanning commercial, residential, mixed-use and industrial. Operating across London and the South, they combine investment, development and operational expertise in-house.

The business has delivered major industrial and warehouse schemes in recent years and is now looking to accelerate its growth in this space—deploying capital across the acquisition, development and operation of seven new sites, alongside further mixed-use opportunities.

They’re now looking to appoint a Senior Development Project Manager to work closely with the Head of Development and lead on industrial delivery—owning projects from feasibility through to handover.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead delivery from feasibility to completion across industrial and warehouse projects

• Support acquisitions with early-stage planning, layout, and viability assessments

• Coordinate planning submissions and manage external consultant teams

• Oversee procurement, contractor selection, and on-site delivery

• Manage programme, cost, risk, and reporting through each phase

• Ensure ESG requirements are embedded throughout the project lifecycle

• Oversee handover to operational or asset management teams

The ideal candidate will have:

• A consultancy or client-side background

• A strong project management foundation

• 7–15 years’ experience delivering UK industrial, warehousing or logistics schemes

• Strong commercial acumen and technical understanding

• Confidence managing multiple concurrent projects

• A proactive, delivery-focused mindset and sound stakeholder management skills

Salary:

Circa £100K + package + bonus
