Senior Designer


A top international law firm is setting up a new in‑house creative team and is looking for a Senior Designer to help shape its digital output from the ground up.


This is a newly created role with real ownership. You’ll play a hands‑on role in designing and evolving the brand’s digital presence, particularly its website, while also helping to set standards, ways of working and creative direction for a small team.


It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys doing the work and influencing how it’s done.

You’ll lead digital design across the website, campaigns and day‑to‑day brand activity. Alongside delivery, you’ll support and guide other designers, working closely with marketing, digital and business development colleagues to create work that’s clear, effective and well thought through.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and improving website pages, layouts and digital journeys
  • Leading visual direction for digital campaigns and ongoing brand activity
  • Developing and maintaining a digital design system in Figma
  • Using motion and interactivity where it genuinely adds value
  • Supporting and mentoring a small in‑house creative team
  • Working closely with developers and stakeholders to see ideas through


About you

You’ll be a senior designer with strong digital experience, comfortable taking the lead on projects and working in collaboration with others. You’re pragmatic, curious and happy operating in an environment that’s still taking shape.


You’ll likely have:

  • Experience in a senior design role, agency or in‑house
  • A strong digital and website design background, ideally within B2B or corporate brands
  • A calm approach to managing priorities and deadlines
  • A genuine interest in building something new
