This role is project-based and office-based, offering flexibility for occasional remote working. About the Role You will take ownership of the design process from bid through to delivery. Responsibilities include developing design strategies, coordinating internal and external designers, overseeing RIBA stages, ensuring compliance, and maintaining alignment with commercial targets, programme and client requirements. You will work closely with design consultants, subcontractors, statutory authorities and internal project teams to produce coordinated, compliant and cost-effective design information.
