Senior Data Scientist

Up to 70,000

London (Hybrid, 2 days onsite per week)

They combine technical expertise with deep commercial insight and specialise in Paid Search (PPC), Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), and Data Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Own and shape the data science function, setting standards for excellence in machine learning, optimisation, predictive analytics, and experimentation.
• Lead high-impact projects across areas like customer segmentation, CLV modelling, bidding optimisation, and advanced measurement techniques.
• Work closely with marketing specialists, analysts, and engineers to deliver end-to-end performance marketing solutions.
• Apply data science expertise to solve real-world digital marketing challenges, driving smarter budget allocation and measurable outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proficient in Python (core skill), with strong experience in SQL
• Proven track record of applying analytics in digital media, technology, or consumer-focused organisations.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, forecasting, and operations research techniques.
