Role Overview:\n\nAs Senior Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full project lifecycle – from mobilisation and planning to delivery and final handover. You’ll lead project teams, ensure health & safety compliance, and drive productivity and quality across multiple groundworks packages.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Oversee and manage multiple live groundworks sites\n\n * \n\n Ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to spec\n\n * \n\n Work closely with commercial and site teams to manage resources and client expectations\n\n * \n\n Review programmes, RAMS and manage subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Maintain compliance with H&S and quality standards\n\n * \n\n Report progress to senior management and clients regularly\n\nIdeal Candidate:\n\n * \n\n Proven background as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in groundworks or civil engineering\n\n * \n\n Strong technical knowledge of residential or commercial groundwork packages\n\n * \n\n Exceptional leadership and organisational skills\n\n * \n\n Confident managing multiple concurrent sites and teams\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\nBased in the South West with easy access to the M4/M5 corridor?\nReady to join a leading regional groundworks contractor with exciting growth plans?\n\nApply now or contact us in confidence to find out more
