New Senior Compliance Manager (Generalist) opportunity working with a top performing specialty insurer operating within the Lloyd’s Market. Reporting into the Head of Compliance, the roles spans a broad remit including management, and day-to-day operation of the Regulatory Compliance Framework including:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver compliance projects independently. Monitor regulatory developments and support business implementation. Represent compliance in cross-functional projects, including international expansion. Maintain strong internal relationships and manage a personal compliance portfolio. Engage with external stakeholders, including capital providers and legal advisors. Prepare reports and Management Information for internal governance. Support policy reviews, compliance planning, and internal training initiatives. Act as a contact point for regulatory engagement as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

Ideally 8+ years generalist Compliance experience within the Insurance industry.
