New Senior Compliance Manager (Generalist) opportunity working with a top performing specialty insurer operating within the Lloyd’s Market. Reporting into the Head of Compliance, the roles spans a broad remit including management, and day-to-day operation of the Regulatory Compliance Framework including:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver compliance projects independently.
• Monitor regulatory developments and support business implementation.
• Represent compliance in cross-functional projects, including international expansion.
• Maintain strong internal relationships and manage a personal compliance portfolio.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including capital providers and legal advisors.
• Prepare reports and Management Information for internal governance.
• Support policy reviews, compliance planning, and internal training initiatives.
• Act as a contact point for regulatory engagement as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ideally 8+ years generalist Compliance experience within the Insurance industry.
