Our client is looking for an experienced Pay Equity & Transparency Specialist to lead advisory, compliance, and analytical activity across a global organisation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with evolving legislation, strengthening transparency practices, and enabling data-driven reward decisions across a complex, international organisation. This is a senior individual contributor role with high visibility and strong stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Act as subject matter expert on global pay equity and transparency legislation. Monitor legislative changes and advise HR and Reward leaders on compliance risks. Deliver pay equity analysis, reporting, and actionable insights. Support development and implementation of global and regional pay transparency policies. Partner with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders on transparency initiatives. Develop training, guidance, and employee/manager-facing materials. Maintain governance, documentation, and reporting frameworks. Experience & Skills Strong background in reward, compensation, HR compliance, or related field. Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. In-depth knowledge of international pay legislation, particularly EU pay transparency. Advanced data analysis skills and experience with HR systems and pay equity tools. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
