Senior Communications ExecutiveHybrid working - 2 days per week from home and 3 days Manchester office£45,000 + benefits28 days holiday + bank holidaysAbout the RoleWe're looking for a creative and commercially aware Senior Communications Executive to shape and deliver our brand voice across digital and traditional channels.This role is all about content and storytelling. You'll take the lead in creating clear, engaging and high-impact communications that connect with a range of audiences and support business growth.You don't need to come from a specific industry background-we're open to candidates from a variety of sectors. What matters most is your ability to write compelling content, simplify complex ideas and create messaging that resonates.What You'll Be DoingLead and deliver communications activity across all channelsPlan and prioritise content, focusing on high-impact storytellingCreate engaging content across web, social media, email, PR and campaignsWrite high-quality copy including blogs, thought leadership, case studies and campaignsTranslate complex or technical topics into clear, accessible languageAct as a guardian of tone of voice and brand messagingPartner with internal teams to support campaigns and business objectivesManage external agencies, ensuring strong delivery and performanceSupport PR activity, media enquiries and storytelling opportunitiesUse performance insights to continuously improve content effectivenessWhat We're Looking ForStrong experience in content creation, copywriting or communicationsExcellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channelsConfidence creating content for both technical and non-technical topicsExperience managing agencies or external partnersHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projectsA proactive mindset with strong attention to detailComfortable working with stakeholders across a businessNice to HaveExperience working in sustainability, manufacturing or technical environmentsAn interest in sustainability or environmental topicsWhy Join Us?This is a great opportunity to take ownership of content and communications in a role where your ideas and creativity will have real impact.
