Overview A well established and growing law firm based in Warwick is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to work with a broad client base, advising on a wide range of commercial matters while playing a key role in the continued growth of the firm. The role would suit a solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload, enjoys building strong client relationships and is comfortable advising at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities Managing a varied commercial caseload from instruction to completion Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts Advising clients on commercial risk, compliance and regulatory matters Supporting clients with business growth, restructuring and strategic projects Working closely with colleagues across other practice areas when required Developing and maintaining long term client relationships Contributing to business development and the profile of the firm

Areas of Work May Include Commercial contracts and agreements Terms and conditions, supply and distribution agreements Agency and franchise agreements Data protection and intellectual property matters Shareholder and partnership agreements Corporate support and general commercial advice

About You Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales Strong experience in commercial law, ideally gained within a recognised commercial practice Able to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision Commercially aware with a practical, solution focused approach Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills Confident building relationships with clients and colleagues
